The contract between us — written in human English, not legalese.

1. About these terms
These terms govern every purchase made through miragegarden.com and every use of the website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Pricing & currency
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. The currency switcher is for reference only — the final amount charged is in the currency shown at checkout, converted by Shopify Payments at the prevailing rate.
3. Order acceptance
An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and to refund the full amount paid.
4. Bundle discounts
The set-builder discount (5% on two pieces, 10% on three, 12% on four) applies only to items in the Lab-Grown Collections (Aurora, Verdant, First Blush). Engagement, Bespoke and Gifting pieces are excluded. The discount is calculated on the subtotal before tax and shipping, and is applied automatically at checkout.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments. Payment is captured at the point of order. Card details are processed by Shopify and never seen by us.
6. Shipping, returns & warranty

7. Intellectual property
All product photography, copy, designs and the Mirage Garden name are © Mirage Garden. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Press use is welcomed — please contact media@miragegarden.com.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. EU and UK consumers retain all rights granted to them by mandatory consumer law in their home jurisdiction.
