Each piece is dispatched within 1 – 2 working days of order confirmation. Engraved and bespoke commissions ship in 2 – 4 weeks; you'll receive a precise date by email.

Returns & exchanges
Unworn pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Outbound shipping, return shipping, insurance and any non-refundable transaction fees are deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt and inspection.

Warranty
Manufacturing defects — a loose stone, a clasp that fails under normal wear, a setting that opens — are repaired or replaced free of charge for the lifetime of the piece. Damage from impact, chemicals or neglect is repaired at cost.
First year
Free resizing
One complimentary ring resize within twelve months of purchase, up to two sizes in either direction. Eternity bands and pavé settings have stricter limits — we'll let you know in advance.
Always
Insured in transit
Every order ships fully insured against loss and damage in transit, signature required on delivery. If a package is lost, we send a replacement at no charge.
Exceptions
What we cannot accept back.
- —Bespoke and engraved pieces
- —Pieces that have been worn, altered or resized
- —Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unworn studs in sealed packaging excepted)
Duties and import taxes are pre-paid by Mirage Garden for orders to the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and Japan. For other destinations, the customer is responsible for any local import charges.
