Daily wear
Three small habits that double a piece's life.

Last on, first off.
Apply perfume, sunscreen and lotion before putting your piece on. These products dull the polish on gold and can micro-pit lab-grown stones over time.

Take it off for water and sport.
Chlorine, salt water and impact gradually loosen prong settings. Pavé bracelets and rings are the most vulnerable.

Store separately.
Each piece arrives in its own pouch for a reason — diamonds will scratch gold and softer colored stones if stored together.

Cleaning & polishing
Bring or mail your piece in any time. We ultrasonic-clean the stones, polish the metal, and check every prong. Returned within 7 working days.
First year, complimentary
Resizing
One free ring resize within twelve months of purchase, up to two sizes in either direction. After that, resizing is offered at cost.
Lifetime, at cost
Repair & restoration
Re-tipping prongs, replacing a lost stone with an identical lab-grown match, restringing chains. We quote before any work begins.
Anytime
Authentication & appraisal
A signed certificate restating stone weight, cut, color and current insurance value — useful for travel and for adding the piece to a homeowner's policy.
